Quantity for 2 servings
1Boil enough water then blanch the cauliflower for about 2 minutes. Remove and drain. Once it's cool, finely mince cauliflower with knife or food processor.
2Meanwhile, Combine the breadcrumbs with all herbs, mix well then mix into mince cauliflower.
3Add 1 tbsp cauliflower mixture and shape into small oval.
4Heat a bit oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cauliflower and fry until golden brown.
5Remove, drain and serve with your favorit sauce.
