Marble Loaf Cake

I wouldn't know that this cheese chocolate marble cake were really this good!



Quantity for 10 servings
180 g Cheese spread
50 g Cheddar cheese, grated
56 g Sugar
1 whole Egg
56 g Unsalted butter
225 g Chocolate compound
112 g Sugar
2 whole Egg
150 g All purpose flour
0.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Salt


1Preheat oven over 175 C. Prepare the loaf pan then grease with a bit of butter and line a baking paper inside.
2Make the cheese batter by mixing cheese spread, cheddar cheese, 56 gr sugar and 1 egg with mixer until smooth.
3Meanwhile to make the chocolate batter, melt the chocolate with butter. Let cool until slightly warm.
4Transfer the melted chocolate into a large bowl. Add in 112 gr sugar and 2 eggs. Mix well.
5Add in flour, baking powder and salt to chocolate mixture then mix until combine.
6Pour the chocolate batter to the loaf pan then the cheese batter.
7Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked. Check first if the cake already cooked by prick the cake with toothpick. If there is still batter stick to the toothpick then it's not cooked yet.
8Remove from the oven and let cool. Slice the cake and serve immediately.
