Quantity for 4 servings
1In a large bowl, mix tapioca starch with 1 tsp salt and pepper.
2Meanwhile, boil 400 ml water in a pot together with grinded garlic. Once it boils, pour the water into tapioca bowl and mix well.
3Add the flour to the tapioca mixture and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4Meanwhile, boil enough water in a pot. Shape the dough into small balls then boil the dough until it floats. Remove and drain.
5To make the peanut sauce, grind peanut, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and chilli into fine paste. You can use blender or food processor.
6Add water and white vinegar to peanut paste and mix well. Taste and adjust to your liking.
7Serve the tapioca balls (cilok) with the peanut sauce.
