Quantity for 6 servings
1Combine dory fish with lime, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Mix well and let marinade for 1 hour.
2Meanwhile, prepare the batter by combining the rest of ingredients, except breadcrumbs. Add more soda if it is too thicken.
3Dip dory fish to the batter the coat with breadcrumbs evenly.
4Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add dory fish and deep fry until golden brown.
5Remove from the pan, drain and serve.
