Quantity for 4 servings
1Preheat oven over 180 C. Spread peanut in baking tray evenly and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Once it cool, coarsely grind and set aside.
2Preheat again oven over 160 C. Line your baking pan with baking paper greased with margarine. Set aside.
3In a large bowl, whisk egg, sugar, salt and vanilla until pale and fluffy. Add grinded peanut, chocolate powder and corn starch. Mix well.
4Spoon the dough about 1/2 tbsp into baking pan and bake for 15 minutes until dry. Don't overbake otherwise it will burn. Remove from the pan and let cool so the chocolate is set.
