Quantity for 2 servings
1Boil enough water in a pot and cook noodle according to package direction. Remove and drain.
2Meanwhile, grind garlic into fine paste.
3Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add garlic paste and saute until fragrant. Add egg and scramble it.
4Add the chicken and cook until the chicke is no longer pink. Add the meatball and mix well.
5Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and pepper. Mix well.
6Add in the noodle and mix well. Taste and adjust to your liking. Cook the noodle until it hot enough.
7Turn off the heat and serve.
