Quantity for 15 servings
1In a large bowl, combine rice flour, shredded coconut and salt. Mix well until combine.
2Add in coconut milk and mix well.The batter should be thick.
3Heat coconut cake pan or any pan mold you have. Grease the pan with oil. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan and cook until the batter sets or the edge of the cake becomes slightly golden.
4Remove from the pan. Sprinkle sugar on top and serve.
