Quantity for 4 servings
1In a big bowl, mix egg, sugar and honey, stir until the mixture becomes fluffy.
2Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix all together. Let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3Gradually add the water until you get the right consistency. Should be thick.
4Heat a pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. With spoon, drop the the dough 15 cm away of the pan. When you see bubbles on the surface, flip the dough. Move it to the plate and cover it with small damp paper towel to prevent from drying. Repeat until the dough runs out.
5Put the center of dorayaki with red bean paste. Put another layer of dorayaki on top of it. Serve.
