Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 Egg
50 g Sugar
1 tbsp Cake emulfisier
60 g Unsalted butter, melted
100 g All purpose flour, shifted
6 Banana, mashed 4 and sliced the rest

Instructions

1Preheat oven over 170 degree Celsius.
2Mix eggs, sugar and cake emulsifier in mixer until thicken.
3Gradually add the shifted flour and mix until combine.
4Add the melted butter and mix again to combine. Turn off the mixer and add the mashed banana. Mix well.
5Prepare 8x17x6 cm loaf pan. Grease the pan with a bit of butter. Pour the banana dough into the pan and carefully add the banana slice on top of it.
6Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
7Remove from the oven, let cool, slice the bread and serve immediately.
