1 Mud crab, cleaned
2 Onion, roughly chopped
8 Red chili pepper, chopped
125 ml Vegetable oil
3 tsp Shrimp paste
250 ml Tomato puree
60 ml Light soy sauce
55 g Sugar
1.5 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp White vinegar
0.5 tbsp Salt
0.25 tsp Corn starch, dilute with 125 ml water
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 handful Cilantro, for garnish
