Fried Avocado


Quantity for 4 servings
2 Avocado, not too riped, peeled and sliced
0.25 cup All purpose flour
1 Egg
1 tbsp Milk
0.25 tsp Salt
1 pinch Ground black pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
2 cup Cooking oil
2 tbsp Peanut butter, optional
2 tbsp Sour cream, optional
2 tbsp Chili sauce, optional


1Prepare 2 bowls. In one bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
2In another bowl, combine egg and milk. Mix well and set aside.
3Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
4Dip the avocado slice into the egg mixture then dip again into the flour mixture.
5Deep fry the coated avocado until golden brown.
6Remove from the pan and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
